Meeting Spaces
INTRODUCTION
For your convenience, the Library's Meeting Room and Conference Room may be reserved by FPL cardholders in advance through our online booking system. A valid library card number and account in good standing is required for reservations. Alternatively, rooms may be reserved by speaking with an FPL staff member. Study rooms are not available by reservation.
GENERAL USE & EXPECTATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS
The Meeting Room may be used outside of Library hours but must be vacated by 10:00pm. The Conference Room is only available during business hours. The Library will share details about public events to those who may enquire. We request 48 hours’ notice in the event of a cancellation. Light refreshments and covered beverages may be permitted, except where otherwise restricted by room-specific conditions. Proper licensing or permission by film makers are required for public film screenings.
Meeting Room
May be reserved 6 months in advance but may be used no more than once per month.
Conference Room
May be reserved 1 month in advance and may be used up to 4 times each month.

FEES FOR USE OR DAMAGE
No security deposits are required for room reservation. However, a maintenance fee will be assessed to library accounts for private, commercial, or fundraising use. The standard fee is $10 per hour for basic use, and $15 per hour for use with AV equipment. Any damage to the room will be assessed to the account of the cardholder on file with a maximum fee of $60. Additionally, misuse of spaces may result in loss of room use privileges as determined by the Library Director.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING
Follow the reservation portal link below and answer the required questions. Prior to submitting your request, read FPL’s Room Reservation Policy. You will receive an automated message when your submission has been received. In the message, you will be asked to sign the Understanding of FPL Room Use Form at the FPL Front Desk within 72 hour of your submission to finalize the request. Contact the Library if you request special assistance. After finalizing the booking, you will be notified via email that your reservation has been fully approved. If you require a key to use the Meeting Room outside regular hours, the responsible party must pick up the key in advance during business hours. It is highly recommended that parties using built-in AV equipment speak with staff about specific needs prior to the event.
