The library's budget covers the cost of feature films, nonfiction films, and biographies.  When we receive requests for TV series, our Collection Coordinator creates DVD ornaments for the Wish Tree.  From the day after Thanksgiving through early January, the decorated Wish Tree is displayed near the front desk.
